House Rules

We want every guest to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay at Ayla Apartments. To help us create a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Maximum Occupancy

Each apartment has a maximum guest capacity, which is clearly stated on its listing page.

For safety and comfort reasons, only the number of guests included in the reservation may stay in the apartment unless agreed upon in advance.

Quiet Hours

Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Parties, events, and loud gatherings are not permitted.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside any of our apartments.

If smoking is allowed on a balcony or terrace, please dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.

Data Retention

We love pets and welcome them under the following conditions:

Allowed Pets: Only small, well-behaved pets are allowed.

Fees: A pet cleaning fee may apply.

Restrictions: Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas and should not be left unattended in the apartment.

Damage: Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest.
If you wish to travel with a pet, please contact us before making your reservation request.

Visitors

Visitors are welcome for short periods, provided they respect the apartment and neighboring residents.

Overnight visitors must be approved in advance.

Care of the Apartment

Please treat the apartment, furniture, and equipment with care.

If anything is damaged during your stay, let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange a solution.

Keys & Access

Please keep your keys or access codes secure throughout your stay.

Lost keys or access devices may result in replacement charges.

Waste & Recycling

Please dispose of waste responsibly and use the recycling bins where available.

If your apartment has specific recycling instructions, they will be provided upon arrival.

Safety

Before leaving the apartment, please:

Turn off lights and electrical appliances when not needed.
Close windows when leaving for extended periods.
Lock the apartment door securely.

Illegal Activities

Any illegal activity, including the use of prohibited substances or damage to the property, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your stay.
